Jagdish Shah, a distinguished entrepreneur and citizen of Botswana, is among the country's most accomplished business leaders. Partha Ghosh, a Chartered Accountant from India, has over 20 years of experience in insurance advisory, auditing, and accounting across India, Botswana, and the US. He founded FinSef after working at PwC Botswana, where he was seconded to the US for two years. With 11 years of specialized experience in the insurance sector, covering both life and non-life insurance, Partha played a key role in auditing AIG Corporate, Chartis Internal Controls, and AIG Funding & Treasury during 2011-12, when AIG was the world's largest insurance company.

Pele Moleta has spent most of his career in the financial sector and joined FinSef on November 1, 2020. He began his career at FNBB in 1994 after earning a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Botswana. He later transitioned to asset management with Old Mutual and was part of the founding team for the Botswana IFSC.

Rejoining FNBB in 2005, Pele established the public sector division and was promoted to Head of Corporate Banking in 2006. In 2008, he became CEO of Botswana Post, leading its transformation for seven years. He later held executive roles at Barclays Bank and Hollard, with additional experience in large-scale construction, mining, and power generation.
